Our Shipping Policy
- For the Love of Toffee, LLC,we take pride in everything we do, and shipping is no exception. Our goal is to ensure that your toffee order is packaged and shipped properly so it arrives in the best condition. When an order is placed, we take the following factors into consideration:
- Shipping destination
- Time of year and season
- Current weather climate for package in transit from Sparta, NJ to final destination city
When the temperature is above 68 degrees in either the departure state (NJ) and/or the destination state, your toffee order will be packed accordingly using insulated packaging and cold packs. After the order is received, it will take 1-2 days to process the order and then Standard Priority Shipping is expected to arrive within 1-3 Business Days from the date of shipment. We also offer an Overnight Delivery Option (Priority Mail Express) if you need your order to arrive quickly. Please remember that weekends and holidays are not factored into these days.
Orders received from Thursday-Sunday are shipped out on Mondays (except holidays). We will take every possible measure to avoid having your toffee order sit idle on a carrier truck over the weekend.
And finally, we stand behind our products and service. If your toffee arrives melted or damaged, please let us know immediately. We are committed to making it right and will work with you on a prompt resolution.
